Aaron P. Hollander, Chairman
Aaron Hollander is co-founder and President of First Equity Group with interests in aerospace, motor sports and services for the motor club industry. Mr. Hollander is co-founder and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of First Aviation Services Inc., Chief Executive Officer of the Skip Barber Racing School, Chairman of Imtek, Inc., and Managing Director of First Equity Development and its broker dealer, FED Securities.
Prior to co-founding First Equity in 1985, Mr. Hollander was a consultant to several aerospace clients at the Boston Consulting Group, and worked as a CPA and CMA with Arthur Young & Company, (now Ernst & Young).
Mr. Hollander received his B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and earned an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School, where he received the Copeland Award for marketing.
Mr. Hollander holds an Airline Transport Pilot license with instrument, multi-engine, helicopter, seaplane and Type ratings for Lear 35 and Lear 45. He has been a speaker at various aerospace industry conferences, including the National Business Aircraft Association, AIAA and the Federal Aviation Administration. He has been on the board of directors or served in a volunteer capacity for numerous not for profit organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the American Red Cross. Mr. Hollander is a member of the Fairchester Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and served as the Chapter Chairman.
